- Nepal to Host the 21st IDA Meeting — Nepal is set to host the 21st meeting of the International Development Association (IDA) under the World Bank from June 18 to 21, 2024. This will be the largest program of the World Bank organized by Nepal.

It is expected to grow by 4.9% till next year due to stronger spending within the country.
